Doug Dunlop Managing Partner
Doug has dedicated the last 30 years to the social service sector. He began as a direct service professional and has built extensive experience working with complex individuals in a variety of sectors, Mental Health, Homelessness, Complex Special Needs. Doug has developed innovative and highly recognised residential and community-based programs as both a Leader and as a Lead capacity builder from the funding side of our sectors.

Doug has also spent the past 20 years gaining a reputation as one of the most sought-after professional trainers and consultants in Human Services, working across sectors with organisations from all over Ontario and Canada.

Marsh Hill Homes is Doug’s passion and his legacy project. Designing and delivering on his lifelong commitment to finding solutions to complex challenges in Human services, Marsh Hill Homes stands a representation of the lessons Doug has learned through his career, and his ability to build a team to implement his vision and philosophy.

Marg Dunlop Managing Partner - Director of Administration

Marg Dunlop also began her professional career working as a direct service professional in residential care. Marg worked directly with children and youth who presented very complex behaviours and needs, she moved into a Behaviour Consultation role before joining Doug in the development of organisations that served individuals with complex needs.

Marg currently supports Marsh Hill Homes as a Managing Partner and ensures that all of our administrative practices are at the highest standard. Marg brings the unique perspective of having worked in the front lines to her oversight of Marsh Hills Homes HR and Administrative practices.

Sarah Cook Executive Director

Sarah is the third member of our Senior Leadership Team and is the foundation of the work that happens at Marsh Hill Homes everyday. Sarah brings over 20 years of experience working with complex special needs as a support worker, case manager, leader, and manager in residential services.

Sarah’s genuineness, compassion, and highly competent guidance of the daily operations of Marsh Hill Homes is the most significant contribution to our success and growth as an organisation. Sarah leads by example and will be seen working the floor as much as collaborating with our partners and setting the strategic direction for our programs and services. Sarah’s commitment to teaching and mentoring feeds the culture of support and learning that is so much a part of the Marsh Hill environment.
